Triple Trouble Archery uses PostNL to ship all of our products world-wide!
For our Dutch, Belgian and German customers, we don’t calculate shipping costs for orders over €125,00. For the rest of the world, we calculate shipping costs according to size and weight of the order. We will provide our customers with a Track&Trace code for all our packages. Shipments within Europe are insured up to €500. Shipments outside of Europe are insured up to €200.
By ordering from our website you’ll be charged with shipping costs. Please be aware that you might have to pay an additional customs fee when the package is being delivered. We sell our goods under the Incoterm® 2020 regulation and always send out our packages coded with ‘Incoterm®: DAP’. Find more information here
These local custom fees are complementary to your local VAT system. Our webshop does not calculate any VAT% (VAT=0%) for orders outside of the EU.
Processing your order
We (Sjef, Jaap and Gijs) run this webshop by ourselves. Please allow us a few days to pick and send your order. Custom orders, such as custom name options on grips, can take longer to be send out because Sjef prints in your name by hand. When you order your grip during an international competition like a World Cup, please understand that producing your order can take longer than usual.
